Meat Technology Magazine

 

Meat Technology is a scientific journal that, since 1960, publishes the results of basic and applied research in the field of biotechnical sciences, ie branches: veterinary medicine, food engineering and biotechnology.

The founder and publisher is the Institute of Meat Hygiene and Technology.

Based on the opinion of the Ministry of Science and Technology of the Republic of Serbia (No. 413-00-00461 / 2000-01), this publication is of special interest to science.

The magazine is published in two issues a year.

By the decision of the Main Scientific Committee for Biotechnology and Agriculture of the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development of the Republic of Serbia, the journal "Meat Technology" was categorized in 2013 as the leading journal of national importance (M51).

By the decision of the Parent Scientific Committee for Biotechnology and Agriculture of the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development of the Republic of Serbia, in 2012, the meat technology magazine was categorized as a leading journal of national importance (M51).
